- Our flight schedule departs on Saturday. Customer are required to drop off their boxes by Thursday before 2.00 PM to be included in that week's shipment.

- Our service provides all-inclusive, door-to-door delivery to U.S. address. The quoted rate is all-in with no hidden fees, unless otherwise stated.
​
- Should customers wish to make a special request to use UPS Next Day Air, please inform us in advance. Additional charges will apply for this premium service.
​
- For customer shipping CITES plants, CITES documentation and Phytosanitary fees are included and free of charge. Customers must provide a detailed list of all CITES plant species no later than Tuesday prior to the scheduled shipment date. Shipment boxes, together with an accompanying sales invoice, must be submitted to our office by Wednesday of the same cycle. Failure to comply may result in shipment postponement to the next available schedule.

- Customer are required to pack their plants with care and take necessary precautions against pests. Pesticide dipping before packing is mandatory for every shipment. In the event that insects are found in any shipment during inspection, the owner of that shipment will be fully responsible for the fumigation costs
($800 / 28,000 THB)

- If dimensional weight exceeds actual weight, it will be charged according to the following volumetric calculation using centimeters: = (Lenght x Height x Width) / 5,000
​
- Oversize charge of 1,500 THB will apply when 1) Any package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches/ 121 cm or 2) The package with an actual weight of more than 30 kg or 3) Any package with its lenght (longest of the package) plus girth
(2 x width) + (2 x height) combined exceeding 105 inches/ 266 cm.

- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS internal issues. This applies whether the customer selects UPS Next Day Air or Chooses the standard UPS service.
​
- Compensation for loss amounts to THB 100/kg (Max THB 500/AWB). We are not responsible if the USDA inspection detects any pests and the plants are seized as a result.
​
- Once shipment has exported it will not be possible to change address. Please check carefully with your customer before sending.
​
- If a shipment is returned to our regional hub, then resending the shipment will cost 50% of the original sending cost.
​
- We cannot return plant shipment back to Thailand due to import restrictions.
​
- Our service includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
