A: At the moment, we primarily focus on door-to-door service to the United States.

A: No, you don't! We handle all the import permits for you, so you won't need to worry about obtaining one yourself. It's all part of our full-service approach.

Q: Can ZipSloth ships CITES-listed plants?
A: Yes, we can. There is a documentation fee for CITES and phytosanitary certificates, starting at 3,000 THB per shipment.

Q: How many days does it take for the shipment to reach to the customer?
A: Typically, once the shipment arrives in the USA and passes USDA inspection, we use UPS for domestic delivery. The timeframe depends on the location within the US, but generally it takes about 2 to 6 days after the customs clearance is completed.

Q: Can I upgrade to UPS Next Day Air for faster shipping options?
A: Yes! We offer an upgrade to UPS Next Day Air for additional cost per box if you need your plants to arrive more quickly.

Q: How are the service fees calculated?
A: The fees depend on several factors, including the number of boxes shipped, their size and weight, the type of plants (whether they require CITES certification or not), and the destination within the United States. Q: Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
A: Nope! Our pricing is all-inclusive, which means everything is covered in the rate you pay, including the delivery right to your doorstep. There are no hidden charges at all.
Q: Does ZipSloth deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
A: Yes, we do! We deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at the same shipping rates as mainland USA, so you can enjoy our service without any extra cost.

A: At the moment, we're focused on shipments from Thailand to the USA only.

A: Yes, we absolutely can. We offer a full service for preparing export documents to any country worldwide, including phytosanitary and CITES documentation. So no matter you're headed, we've got you covered.

Q: If the customer hasn't properly dipped the plants in pesticide or cleaned the roots thoroughly, can they still be shipped?
A: No, the cannot. ZipSloth must inspect every shipment before sending it out. If we find any insects, soil, or any irregularities, we reserve the right not to ship that batch and will return it immediately.

Q: Does ZipSloth offer a service to pack the plants for me?
A: Yes, we do. We provide a full service including root cleaning, pesticide dipping, and packing the plants to meet export standards. Customers can send their plants to our packing center and we'll handle the rest.
